SalaryAltaToro is seeking talented Hostesses to join our award-winning restaurant group. As a Hostess, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. You will work closely with the management team to manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements, ensuring that every guest has a pleasant dining experience. If you have previous experience as a Hostess, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a desire to be part of a dynamic and growing organization, we want to hear from you.
- Weekends are a must.
- Need a basic understanding of the Spanish language - do not need to be fluent but need a basic understanding.
- Eagerness to help our guests.
- 2+ years of experience in upscale dining.
- Greet Guests upon departure.
- Seat guests and manage seating chart.
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries.
- Positive attitude.
- Flexible schedule.
