RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Greet all guests with a SMILE
2. Walk slow and engage with our guests
3. Perform host desk set-up, running side work and closing duties.
4. Our hosts are a positive and uplifting first and last impression of our guests.
5. Always answer the phone with a SMILE and within 2 rings
6. Communicate and seat guests in an organized, professional and friendly fashion.
7. Punch in, and report to the General Manager/Associate Manager on time and in full uniform for each shift. Obtain Manager's approval prior to punching out.
8. Accept reservations and quotes waiting periods per manager's criteria. BE ACCURATE
9. Attend all employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
10. Maintain front entry way safety, cleanliness and sanitation.
11. Maintain Restroom safety, cleanliness and sanitation with hourly checks
12. Assist in table maintenance/pre buss when able.
13. Work with "team work" always in mind.
14. Always friendly and courteous on the telephone and in person.
15. DO NOT leaving work area during peak periods.
16. Take breaks only at non-busy periods in compliance with the General Manage/Associate Manager as stated in the Employee Handbook.
17. Keep a clean and professional appearance at all times.
18. Must pass general information and departmental tests with a grade of 90% or higher.
19. Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager/Associate Manager.
