Bulla Gastrobar wants you! We are opening our newest location at The Falls shopping mall and are currently hiring for all FOH and BOH positions. We are looking for team members who want to grow with our company. Centurion Restaurant Group currently operates 13 restaurants throughout the country in Florida, Washington DC, Dallas, Texas, and Atlanta, GA. The Falls will be our 14th location and we're not stopping there. We are looking for fun-loving, hardworking, adventurous, and dedicated team members to join our ever-growing family. Bulla Gastrobar (The Falls) is looking for Host/Hostess who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and unforgettable dining experiences. In this role you will be entrusted with maintaining our commitment to deliver high standards of service, quality and pride in all that we do.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet guest in a timely manner with a friendly attitude and a smile.
• Present menus to guest and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
• Follow up with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Clean tables by i.e. removing dirty dishes, linens, silverware and glassware.
• Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior relevant experience is preferred.
• He or She must be committed to the customers, reliable to his or her co-workers, and be a self-motivated, organized, and detailed individual.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is preferred
• Good time management skills
• Professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for all positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent Culinary degree preferred
• Preferred skills: basic math, excellent verbal communication
• Positive attitude
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
