Who are you?

• Experienced in a fast-paced and guest-centric environment
• Team-oriented, looking to either support or lead your peers to excellence
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Must be able to maintain tact and cool under pressure
• Able to work flexible hours necessary including off hours, weekends and holidays
• Ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility
• Working knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly through service (where applicable)
• Working knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
• Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts and provide exemplary guest service
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Able to effectively communicate in English as well as Spanish, in both written and oral forms
