Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waiting list
- Answer phone calls and provide information to callers
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Host/Cashier station
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is a plus
As a Host/Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their dining experience starts off on a positive note. Your excellent communication skills and friendly attitude will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. In addition, your ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently will be essential in this role.
