YOT Bar & Kitchen, led by Proprietor Mike Linder, is a celebrated waterfront dining experience situated within the Lauderdale Marine Center. With nearly three decades of experience as a restaurateur, Mike's talent for creating exceptional dining experiences is evident at YOT. From sky to sea, his impressive background includes operating Jet Runway Café and Silver Lining Inflight Catering. YOT not only offers remarkable dining but also yacht provisioning and event production, elevating the experience even further. As a Host at YOT Bar & Kitchen, you'll be part of a team dedicated to providing guests with the finest hospitality and breathtaking waterfront views.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently, optimizing table seating and guest flow.
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate effectively with guests to keep them informed.
- Assist in coordinating with servers and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, delivering exceptional customer service.

- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
