About Evermore
Evermore Orlando Resort is an innovative 1,100-acre resort adjacent to Walt Disney World featuring centrally owned upscale and upsized vacation rental homes, flats & villas, a luxury Conrad hotel, 36 holes of world-class Jack Nicklaus golf, and a massive 20-acre tropical beach complex around Evermore Bay, our 8-acre crystalline water amenity by Crystal Lagoons.
The surrounding beach areas feature zero-entry swim areas, bars, cabanas, private firepits, a lively food hall & gourmet market, a casual dining restaurant, and an event Boathouse that will provide a picture-perfect backdrop for weddings, banquets, and corporate meetings.

Position Summary:
A fine dining host plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience to guests at our fine dining restaurant.
They are responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing reservations, and ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and attentive atmosphere, engaging with guests, and addressing their needs. Anticipate when guests require additional service. Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner.
- Provide recommendations on beverage selections and answer any questions about the menu.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns gracefully, seeking solutions to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Escort guess to their assigned tables and preset menus.
- Communicate with other staff members to accommodate guest preference.
- Efficiently manage table turnover to maximize restaurant seating.
- Answer phone calls and respond to reservation inquiries. Record reservations in OpenTable ensuring reservations are properly spaced and managed to accommodate the restaurant capacity.
- Menus can be extensive and may change frequently. Hosts must be wellversed in the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods and any specials.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations for all F&B outlets.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service.
- Collaborate with other staff to maintain a wellorganized and efficient operation.
- Assist in training new staff, if required.
- Always maintain a clean and organized work area, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, highpressure environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and basic math skills for handling payments.
- Food, alcohol, and safety certifications under FL requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

- Capable of performing the role in a busy work environment.
- Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines.
Physical Requirements
- Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds.
- Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach.
- Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
