HIRING: Part-Time Host & Caretaker

(seasonal position - May through July)

Responsibilities:

• Remove bedding, do laundry, then re-make the beds
• Clean/mop bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, common area, and apartment
• Greet hikers who walk-up
• Open delivery boxes and restock kitchen & hiker resupply
• Do occasional runs to Walmart, local eggs, or post office

Requirements:

• 21 years or older
• Driver’s license
• Willing to submit to background check

Hourly wage is $15-20/hr (depending upon the number of rooms booked)

This can be a quite unusual job, but, for the candidate with the right personal qualities (see above), it can be a very rewarding one. A resume is not required. I will meet all final candidates in person to make sure this is the right fit for you.

This is not a work-for-stay. This position does not require overnight stays, so it is only for local residents with their own place to stay.
