As our Sales Manager, you'll support HID's success by: 

  • Developing new business, generating sales and managing sales pipeline in the Hospitality Industry
  • Conducting high volume of prospecting to identify new opportunities
  • Generating and qualifying leads and increasing pipeline opportunities in US and around the world
  • Closing sales and providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts, sales activity reports, and presenting relevant data

 

What we will love about your background: 

  • Hospitality industry experience
  • Experience selling to global enterprises in the hospitality sector
  • Experience working for fast-paced mid- to large-size company
  • Domestic and global sales travel experience

 

Your Experience and Education include:             

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or communications preferred; combination of equivalent education and experience will also be considered
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience selling to the hospitality sector B2B
  • Proficiency with PowerBI reporting
  • Prior experience with Salesforce

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The base salary for California is $90,710.00 to $99,378.00. The OTE is up to $165,630.00.
