We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager for our Boutique Hotel/Airbnbs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our establishment, focusing on managing housekeeping, guest requests, and reservations. This is a dynamic position that requires a combination of leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Compensation:
$19.00 - $22.00/Hr

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Enforce policies related to reservations for all guests
- Manage task duties for housekeepers, and guest check-in, and check-outs
- Other tasks and projects as assigned that support the Property Manager
Requirements:
- Weekends/ Holidays will be required days for work
- Answer guests phone calls/ messages and provide them assistantce based on their needs
- Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential information and highly sensitive issues
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
- Proven record of excellent internal staff collaboration and external customer service
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- The qualified candidate will be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service-oriented
- Superior organizational skills; sets priorities; meets deadlines; and carefully proofs own work
- Ability to work in a stressful, deadline-oriented environment
- Upbeat, energetic, takes initiative, dependable, takes pride in work, and works well within a team
- Will be required to assist with messages and respond to guest needs after hours if deemed urgent/ needing a response
- Assist with housekeeping tasks, including but not limited to washing and folding laundry, touching up common areas, and cleaning rooms
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently met throughout the establishment.
- Be willing to actively engage in hands-on tasks to support the overall operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
*Note: The Assistant Manager may be required to participate in housekeeping duties as part of the team. Flexibility and a hands-on approach are essential to ensure the seamless functioning of daily operations.
