Hospitality Aide (Pathway To Cna Certification)

Cedar Haven Healthcare Center in Lebanon is seeking full-time Hospitality Aides to support our clinical team for 8 hour shifts before getting trained to become a CNA in our in-house program. Hiring on as a Hospitality Aide is the pathway for potential CNA Certification in our facility and a great way to launch a successful healthcare career! Starting off with an introduction to supporting our clinical team, Hospitality Aides are then considered for our next in-house Nurse Assistant Trainee Program class. After completing this 3.5 week class, graduates are able to test for CNA Certification and join the clinical schedule. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A HOSPITALITY AIDE

You come to work each day ready to assist our nursing staff in various ways, including assisting with meal time as well as stocking laundry and ice on floors. You bring a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard to care for residents while taking precautionary measures to keep our vulnerable population safe and smiling. You learn more about clinical care and are able to consider whether you would like to join our next in-house Nursing Assistant Trainee Class.

HOSPITALITY AIDE HOURS

Hospitality Aides will be scheduled for 8-hour blocks of time on either day, evening, or night shift, as well as every other weekend and every other holiday. Our training program takes place during the day for 3.5 weeks and then we offer CNA positions on all shifts as available. Please apply to learn more.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School diploma/GED preferred
• Ability to learn new things quickly and a positive attitude
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Fluent in English and able to read and follow written instructions.
