Available Shifts: Weekends Only

We are hiring part-time Hospitality Aides. Hospitality Aides are responsible for performing and assisting in basic resident support needs and other support functions as needed.

Pleasant Valley Manor is a premier non-profit long-term care facility located in the idyllic foothills of the Pocono Mountains near Stroudsburg, PA. With caring roots in our community since 1974, we continue to deliver unparalleled quality and compassionate resident care, with a focus on individual needs, that results in positive outcomes for residents and their families.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provides residents with ice water. Replenishes ice water as needed.
• Handles meal tray set up at lunch, dinner, and special events.
• Transports residents to and from meals and other in-house events.
• Assists with activity programs, as needed.
• Performs other basic resident support needs.
• Documents duties performed, when required.
• Performs other duties, as required.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in healthcare a plus, but not required.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English through verbal and written means.
