Hospitality Aide, Am Shift $15-$20 Per Hour

Riverpointe Post Acute is a 4 star CMS rating skilled nursing facility with 112 beds located in Carmichael, CA. Are you a friendly and caring individual looking for a rewarding career in the healthcare industry? We are seeking a Hospitality Aide to join our team. As a Hospitality Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients, making their stay as pleasant as possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the admissions process, escorting patients to their rooms and providing them with necessary information and resources.
• Prepare and serve meals to patients, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are met.
• Help maintain a clean and organized environment by regularly tidying up patient rooms and common areas.
• Aid in the transportation of patients to various departments for medical procedures and tests.
• Assist nursing staff in repositioning and transferring patients, using proper lifting and transfer techniques.
• Respond to patient calls and requests for assistance, providing them with support and reassurance.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the patients' comfort and safety needs are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centric attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
