Hospitality Aide
Our Hospitality Aides provide care, safety, comfort and privacy to our patients based on their individual needs. These individuals are either pursuing or have recently completed a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training course and are on track to become a Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Ensure our patients receive routine personal hygiene care: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, etc.
- Assisting with mobility: getting in/out of bed, re-positioning patients, and moving patients about the facility.
- Provide, perform, and document direct patient care and activities such as: skin surveys, vital signs, blood glucose monitoring/testing, dining, ambulation, height and weight.
- Report any changes in patient’s physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
- Participate in patient care quality initiatives: hourly rounding, fall prevention, hand washing, isolation protocol, and maintaining an orderly home-like environment for our patients.
- Cleaning patient rooms and common areas.
- Responding to patient call lights in a timely manner.
