The Resident Hospitality Aide performs routine personal Resident care duties delegated by the charge nurse or unit supervisor. The Hospitality Aide assists Residents with their personal needs in accordance with their plan of care in order to maintain each Resident’s abilities and to promote their physical and mental well-being. These services are consistent with the Little Sisters of the Poor’s standards and philosophy and are in compliance with all regulations, codes, policies and procedures that govern St. Joseph’s Home for the Elderly.
