Salary: $56000 - $88000 / year dependent on experience
Schedule: M-F Days 8:30am-5pm, + on call
We will accept Bachelors level with supervision, preferred Masters level of education with LGSW, LISW, or LICSW License in the state of Minnesota.

Qualifications
Be the Best Inpatient Hospice Clinical Social Worker You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!
- Master's Degree from accredited school of Social Work or related field; Valid license/registration of permit to practice in state(s) of agency operation
- Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance specialty preferred
Required Certifications and Licensures:
- Licensed to practice as a clinical Social Worker in the state of agency operation
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
