Good Samaritan Hospice, a mission of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, provides compassionate home care, facility based, and inpatient hospice services to our patients and their families. Our home care coverage area spreads throughout several counties in Western Pennsylvania with inpatient locations in Wexford, Cabot, and Beaver. The Good Samaritan Hospice team works together to provide relief through pain control and symptom management, while offering emotional, social and spiritual support for the patient and family. Good Samaritan Hospice, an entity of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, is seeking full and part time Registered Nurse Case Managers to care for and serve our patients in the following territories:
- Glenshaw/North Hills/Franklin Park territory
- Monroeville/Plum and surrounding areas
Your patients - Your schedule. Typical hours for our hospice Registered Nurse Case Managers are Monday-Friday from 8 to 4:30 but we are open to other possibilities. Let us know what type of schedule you are seeking. Some weekends, on-call and holidays required.
