SalaryPreferred Hospice is growing!! We are currently seeking to hire a FULL TIME Hospice RN Case Manager . We are looking for the best of the best to join our team and help us grow.
The Hospice Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the interdisciplinary care and services provided to our hospice patients and their families within his or her care team.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in Alabama
Strong hospice, palliative, or medical/surgical experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with clients, other team members and community
Treats patients and their families, team members, and the community with courtesy and respect
