Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time Hospice

PHS Hospice is committed to providing patient centered care to individuals and families. The PHS Registered Nurse is a member of the interdisciplinary team and is critical in identifying the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the patient and family. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for initiating the appropriate intervention and support for the patients and families upon admission or change in level of care to PHS Hospice and providing a continuously appropriate, comprehensive and responsive plan of care.

Work Schedule: Full time. May also be responsible for evening or weekend patient visits for patient crisis or death.

Qualifications:

• Current CPR Certification
• Current RN license in the State of Virginia
• Current Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
• Current Malpractice Insurance
• Prefer minimum 2-years’ experience in hospice, home health or community health experience in the past 5 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
