- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Everclear Hospice and Palliative Care services to healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, workshops, and conferences to increase awareness of Everclear Hospice and Palliative Care within the community.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring consistent growth and market presence.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business development opportunities.
- Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of Everclear Hospice and Palliative Care.
- Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing tools to enhance the company's online presence and engage with the target audience.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to management and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, with a preference for candidates with healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
