Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate RN to join a reputable hospice Home Health agency in Fayetteville, NC. This is a rewarding 13-week contract position, offering full-time hours, competitive benefits, and the potential for extensions.
Details:
- Position: Contract Hospice,Home Health RN
- Location: Fayetteville, NC
- Hiring Company: Sunbelt Staffing
- Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- OT: Not likely
- Weekends: Occasional
- On-Call: Typically once per month
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks with the possibility of extensions
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k after 90 days
- Additional Perks: Mileage reimbursement
Job Duties:
- Delivering compassionate hospice care to patients and their families
- Conducting thorough patient assessments using Oasis
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments with a focus on pain management
- Documenting patient care activities accurately and timely using Homecare Homebase
Requirements:
- Active NCRN license or Compact
- Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
- Minimum 1 year of hospice experience
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Must have Oasis and Homecare Homebase experience
