Responsibilities include:
Recruitment, hiring, evaluation and mentoring for clinical staff to be workplace of choice.
Ensure compliance with regulations, law, policies, and procedures.
Develop and educate staff based on best practices, industry trends, and implementing necessary changes by creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Participate in marketing activities to foster positive relationships with staff, physicians, hospitals, and healthcare institutions and build presence in the community.
Responsible for clinical Key Performance Indicators and ability to analyze data to enhance clinical performance and drive organizational growth.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee IDG team meetings to ensure quality care is being provided.
Ensure adequate staffing and willingness to assist staff with patient visits as needed, including on call schedules.
Monitor paperwork for timeliness, technical and clinical quality assurance, and adherence to company policies.
Streamline processes including other department leads within agency to ensure efficient procedures.
Implementation of new policies from the Governing Board.
Travel required.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed in Utah or holds a compact license as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum of one-year experience in home health, palliative or hospice preferred.
Demonstration of achieving company and personal objectives.
Excellent skills in communication, management, organization, and problem solving.
Current CPR, Drivers License, Auto Insurance and TB test to be on file at all times.
Criminal background check must be performed before hire.
