Paradigm Health is expanding rapidly throughout Indiana and we are opening several new positions. Due to our continued growth, we are adding a Full-Time CNA position.

Howard county, Clinton county, and surrounding communites

Requirements
Experience:
One year Hospice experience preferred, but not necessary
Credentials:
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in State of Indiana
- Proof of current classroom CPR certification
- Hepatitis profile and TB vaccination record
- Current driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation and insurance
