Hospice Chaplain

```Duties```
- Provide spiritual guidance and support to individuals and their families during times of need
- Conduct religious services, including worship, prayer, and sacraments
- Offer counseling and emotional support to individuals experiencing grief, loss, or other life challenges
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address the spiritual needs of patients in hospitals or other healthcare settings
- Perform religious rites and ceremonies, such as baptisms, weddings, and funerals
- Lead or participate in group discussions or support groups on topics related to faith and spirituality
- Coordinate and facilitate educational programs or workshops on religious topics

```Skills```
- Strong present skills to effectively engage with individuals and groups
- Experience in providing bereavement support and counseling
- Proficient in event planning for religious services and ceremonies
- Demonstrated leadership abilities within a religious community or organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey spiritual teachings and guidance
- Ability to educate individuals on religious principles, practices, and beliefs
- Proficient in public speaking to deliver sermons or lead group discussions
- Knowledge of Christian counseling principles and techniques
- Ability to mentor individuals in their spiritual journey
