We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Hospice Aideto join our team of caring professionals. As a JHC Hospice Aide, you will be valued as a significant member of our team. We are seeking a person of integrity with great interpersonal skills, professional appearance and excellent bedside manner. Experience in hospice preferred, but we will also consider candidates who possess the interpersonal and aide skills to deliver the excellence in quality care that we are known for. You must have both CNA and HHA certifications, reliable transportation for reasonable travel, and be available to work one weekend per month. This is a full-time 40 hour day position with flexible times (Monday-Friday and rotating one weekend a month) offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. $1500 sign on bonus!*Current MA CNA and HHA certifications required; Knowledge/experience in hospice preferred; Strong team player with a positive attitude; Reliable and flexible with the ability to work autonomously in the field; Comfort level with electronic documentation; Positive prior work history with great references; Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for reasonable local travel; Bi-lingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will be conscientious, thorough, and considerate providers of care, be reliable, flexible, and have a good prior work history.
