Responsibilities:
-Provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence
- Assist in providing a safe and clean environment for the comfort of the patient
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as directed by the healthcare team
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in medical records
- Drive to and from the patient's place of residence
Experience:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- At least one-year experience required as a Hospice Aide
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation procedures
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients with special needs
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Requirements:
- Must have a current driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance

- Exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious diseases
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
