Greenhouse Worker

Hello! We’re looking for a full-time Greenhouse/Horticulture Worker to support our plant !

We are a Florida-based small business with a 20-year history of selling beautiful, exotic plants to hundreds of stores across the U.S. This is a team-oriented, fun environment that feels like a family, where you can rely on your co-workers and they can rely on you!

- early hours: our workday ends at 3:30pm

Full-time role: 8-hour shifts, M-F

- $13/hour (more with experience)

Minimum requirements:

- positive attitude

- team player

- high tolerance for hot weather (work is outdoors, no A/C)

- physical stamina (ability to stand, walk and bend for most of the shift, and there may be some lifting of up to 50lb involved)

- reliable

-bilingual a plus
