Job Summary: As the Honda Parts Manager at White's Auto Mall, you'll be at the helm of our Honda Parts Department, overseeing day-to-day operations including sales, inventory management, customer service, and cultivating new customer relationships. This full-time position, based in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, offers a competitive salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts in the Honda Parts Department, ensuring that parts are sold in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner.
• Maintain current inventory of Honda Parts and ensure accuracy and compliance with dealership standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and offering solutions to customer inquiries.
• Develop strong relationships with customers by effectively managing customer interactions.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the parts department, and use organizational and problem-solving skills to address store challenges.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer inquiries are answered quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of auto parts sales experience required
• Knowledge of Honda parts and systems preferred
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
• Computer proficiency is required. Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
