Support services to help you address challenging issues you may face.

What will my role look like as a Direct Support Professional?

Visit clients in their home and/or community settings

Implement Person-Centered Care Plan and be open to adjustments necessary to meet client needs

Provide opportunities throughout the visit to help clients meet their goals.

· Provide safe & quality care

• Uphold the recipient's rights
• Provide services with compassion & professionalism
• Always adhere to GoodTimes Home Care Policies & Procedures
• Duties may include:
• Health and wellness needs including scheduling appointments,
• Household management
• Building adaptive skills
• Supporting community engagement & participation, social activities, and recreational planning
• Problem-solving & Crisis Prevention
• Transportation

• Housekeeping

·Work closely with Team to ensure client and family needs are being met

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
