We love helping people in need and your role will be to orchestrate good match-ups (caregivers to clients) to ensure our clients have the right people caring for them.

Position Overview
- Collaborate with other office team members, including schedulers, to fill ALL OPEN SHIFTs with qualified team members (caregivers)
- Must be a team player who sees the big picture!
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills since you'll be the the "face" of the company working with clients and employees (caregivers)
- MUST BE proficient in ClearCare!!
- Responsible for customer service and relationship management ensuring that clients receive the highest quality of care through the caregivers we assign to them (skill set to demand matching)
- Responsible for orchestrating, monitoring, and communicating care coordination details to all team members, other providers, and family members
- Responsible for covering all requests for service and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Responsible for co-managing a team of caregivers
- Responsible for identifying and addressing scheduling issues (i.e., call offs, no shows, etc) and uses good judgment to evaluate and implement solutions
- Responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and forecasting staffing level needs based on trending of client demand
- Responsible for making recommendations to owners to maintain staffing levels
- Responsible for creating schedules that maximize the client experience, meet caregiver needs, and control overall agency costs (i.e., overtime)
- Must be a team player who works closely with other team members to reach company goals
- Must be open to working on-call as business needs require

Compensation would be in the range of $35 to-$50k with bonus opportunities based on performance.
