We offer a flexible work environment, company perks, competitive base salary + bonus opportunity, 401k, health and wellness plans, and paid time off.Responsible for leading/assisting with the management of all restaurant operations during designated shift.Ensure server checkouts are being conducted properly to drive sales and execution performanceCreates and maintains a productive and fun environment in the restaurantEnsures Team Members are following systems, methods and processes for safety, security, sanitation, and food safety.Positively interacts and visits with guestsIdentifies and resolve issues that impact the guest experience; escalates guest complaintsEnsures the quality of food and beverage to include production specifications, presentation and temperatureAssists with inventory management and shipments of incoming products, tools, and suppliesMaintains high employment quality standards consistent with the Express brandAssists in set ups for the opening crew in the kitchenChecks schedule for in-coming AcesAdheres to and coaches security proceduresChecks out the close from night beforeReviews inventory dailyPrepares to receive ordersKeep track of shelf-life adherenceCheck temps on freezer and refrigeration units before preppingKnowledge of the flavor profile and specification of menu itemsFollow recipe cards with no compromiseReview the daily sanitation checklist and conducts the checksConduct daily health inspectionsAdhere to sanitation, temperature and food safety standardsWork the flow of the tickets to ensure good cook times
