Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Care Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and establishing lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, families, and referral sources. If you are passionate about improving the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities and have a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and target potential referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, and community organizations, to generate new client referrals.
Client Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients and their families to understand their care needs and present our services.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other key influencers in the healthcare industry.
Marketing and Outreach: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services, including attending community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
Client Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and communicate any special requirements to our care team.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with clients and their families and provide exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of home care services and the ability to explain complex care options to clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
