Job Title: Home Warranty Customer Advisor
Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (based upon experience)
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7am - 3:30pm
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 10am- 7pm & rotating Saturdays from 8am - 2pm
Job Description: The Customer Advisor position plays a critical role in delivering our promise to our clients by answering inbound calls with questions related to coverage and eligibility. Strong customer service coupled with problem solving abilities is essential.
Duties:
Following established procedures and guidelines to answer a wide variety of inbound calls from customers and service providers with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
Listens attentively to customer needs and concerns to provide accurate information and the ability to demonstrate empathy while building rapport with the customer
Consistently meets established call center metrics
Builds and maintains effective internal working relationships and supports team in meeting company goals
Effectively manage claims process through outbound dials to customer and service provider
Job Qualifications
2-4 years prior customer service/ call center experience preferred
Must be able to demonstrate proper skill handling of customers and claims
Superior communication skills, organization skills, and phone presence. Bi-lingual skills a plus
Able to meet Key Performance Goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to learn new computer programs and departmental processes
Solid computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specificallyOutlook, Word and Excel
