Health Information Management Release of Information Clerk

The HIM Release of Information Clerk (“Clerk”) answers the telephone for the department and greets customers to the department. The Clerk attends to customer needs for the Release of Information. The Clerk processes daily Release of Information requests and performs other related clerical duties as assigned. This is not a remote position. Pagosa Springs Medical Center is an EEO employer.

• Education/Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have experience in an office setting. Must have knowledge of basic computer applications. Prefer equivalent work or experience in health care setting.
• Special Skills, Licenses or Certifications: Basic computer knowledge.
• Compensation Range: $16.00 - $24.74 hourly, based on years of experience.
