The WelbeHealth Home Services Administrator is accountable for the daily operations and the quality of the Home Health and Home Care department. The Home Services Administrator maintains the planning and achievement of objectives consistent with WelbeHealth's values. As a member of the leadership team, the Home Services Administrator demonstrates a positive, respectful, and professional demeanor while facilitating relationships across WelbeHealth and with external stakeholders.
Essential Job Duties:
- Organize and direct the ongoing functions of the Home Services department, including oversight of the Home Services quality management review system for multiple market areas
- Participate in strategic, short-range, and long-range planning for educational and participant careOversee care delivery and participant outcomes to ensure that participant needs are met
- Work with providers, care coordinators, and other IDT members to facilitate smooth care transitions between settings (hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home, etc.) and deliver high-quality end-of-life care
- Ensure comprehensive understanding and adherence to local, state, and federal regulations governing home health care provisions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Health Care Management, Nursing Administration, or Business Administration required; Master's degree preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in health services administration, or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs (hospital, nursing facility, hospice)
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
- Fiscal management and accounting skills preferred

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $147, 636 - $184, 545 + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
