```Duties:```
- Perform various remodeling tasks including masonry, glass installation, plumbing, blueprint reading, drywall installation, stucco application, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, and electrical work.
- Collaborate with team members to complete remodeling projects within specified timelines.
- Follow blueprints and design plans to ensure accurate and precise execution of remodeling tasks.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations during the remodeling process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the remodeling project.

```Skills:```
- Proficiency in masonry techniques for brick and stone work.
- Experience in glass installation for windows, doors, and other fixtures.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and ability to perform basic plumbing tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Expertise in drywall installation and finishing techniques.
- Experience in applying stucco for exterior surfaces.
- Proficiency in cabinet installation for kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas.
- Skill in trim carpentry for molding, baseboards, and other decorative elements.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and ability to perform minor electrical tasks.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software for reading and marking up digital blueprints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
