Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remodeler to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for performing a variety of construction and remodeling tasks. This is a hands-on position that requires expertise in various areas of construction, including trim carpentry, stucco, concrete forming, masonry, glass installation, construction management, plumbing, door hanging, blueprint reading, and general carpentry.

Duties:

- Perform remodeling and renovation tasks according to project specifications

- Install and repair trim carpentry, including baseboards, crown molding, and window casings

- Apply stucco to walls and ceilings

- Build and install concrete forms for foundations and structures

- Ability to read a tape measure

- Install glass windows, doors, or partitions

- Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets

- Handle plumbing tasks such as installing fixtures or repairing pipes

- Hang doors and install hardware

- Read measurements

-Painting/Drywalling

- Installing cabinets

-Laying flooring

- Ability to build customized projects

- Customer service experience/ Good with clients

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Remodeler or similar role

- Strong knowledge of various construction techniques and materials

- Proficient in home remodeling

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
