You will be doing single family home inspection and field work. You will be preparing vacant properties for their new tenants to call home. 50%+ of you time will be spent visiting vacant properties, checking properties and documenting properties conditions through photos and videos. You will be working on your own. And must have reliable transportation. 50% is writing up reports and other ancillary tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform property visits to check and record property conditions,
- Work with vendors to get the property online.
- Take marketing photos of the properties.
- Record video and report needed repairs to the property manager.
- Approximately 50%+ of your time will be spent in the field and doing prep and follow up to field visit work.
- You will be required to use your own vehicle for this work and we reimburse $0.35 per mile for that.
- Help out with customer service. We work as a team to answer phone calls and emails both from our owner clients and from the tenants living in the properties we manage. When not in the field you would be helping answer these incoming calls and emails.
- Help out with daily operations tasks. You will be asked to help with daily administrative tasks as needed that may range from checking and processing mail to setting up leases in the property management software. These may change over time as we grow.
- Help improve the business. We want someone who will help us think of better ways of doing the things we do day in and day out. After you get your bearings we would love to have you help us improve how we do things in a way that increases efficiency and provides better customer service!
- We use a lot of cloud-based technology so you need to be very comfortable and fast with technology. We also are constantly trying new things so if you aren't comfortable with things changing occasionally we would not be the right opportunity for you.
