Are you a skilled Home Inspector seeking a rewarding opportunity?

Join our team of professionals dedicated to delivering a personalized inspection experience that will be remembered forever. We're looking for an experienced Home Inspector to contribute to our mission.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues or defects.
- Inspect various systems and components of the home, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and structural elements.

- Use specialized tools and equipment to perform inspections and accurately document findings- Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports for clients.
- Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements based on inspection results.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection findings and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure accurate and reliable inspections.

Qualifications:
- Licensed and certified Home Inspectors preferred, but not required. Pay incentives for any ancillary certifications (well/septic, radon, wdi, mold, sewer scoping, thermal imaging, drone operator).
- Knowledge or background in construction management, quality inspection or related field preferred.
- Ability to understand the layout and structure of a property, construction techniques, materials and building codes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues or defects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in data collection and report writing.

-Must be able to stand, crawl, walk, climb and lift 50 pounds

-Cell phone with data plan

-Clean back ground (federal and state)

-Valid drivers license required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
