We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Home Infusion Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at RPh on the Go. If you have a passion for patient care, clinical expertise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and manage patient-specific infusion therapy plans.
- Prepare, dispense, and monitor intravenous medication.
- Verify sterile compounds from techs.
- IV compounding may be needed.
- Ensure the safe and proper administration of medications, with strict adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on medication administration and side effects.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide excellent patient care and support to enhance their overall well-being.
Shift:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:30am-5:00pm
- May be required to stay longer if needed.
Qualifications:
- Home infusion or inpatient hospital experience.
- Recent sterile compounding experience.
- PA pharmacist license.
