Key Responsibilities:

• Nurse Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate and manage the scheduling of nurses for Home Health assignments, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet client needs.
• Recruitment: Actively participate in the hiring process of nursing staff, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Medical Records Management: Maintain and organize medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• General Office Assistance: Provide administrative support including managing phone calls, data entry, and other office duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in scheduling, HR, or a similar role in the healthcare sector.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and medical terminology.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.
