Salary- We are in need of an LVN or RN who can do twice weekly visits to a patient in Santa Monica that needs wound care. Rate is negotiable, depending on experience and license. We can assist with documentation and/or software training.
- A licensed vocational nurse or LVN provides high-quality Home Health care to patients, following the patient’s plan of care, including, but not limited to vitals intake, wound care, medication administration, other bedside care as needed.
- Proficient and timely SOAP notes/documentation of visits/patient care.
- Effective communication with patients, patient caregivers, case managers, Home Health staff.

Pay: $50.00 - $90.00 per hour
