Our client, a reputable nationwide Home Health agency, is looking for a skilled professional to join their dynamic team.
Details:

• Location: Winston Salem, NC
• Position: Home HealthRegistered Nurse (RN)
• Employment Type: Contract, 13 weeks with possibility of longevity
• Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, occasional weekends, and on-call duties typically once per month

• Benefits: Mileage reimbursement, medical, dental, vision, 401k benefits after 90 days

Requirements:

• Current NC RN License
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in Home Health
• Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase documentation
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Job Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using OASIS
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Utilize Homecare Homebase for accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend visits
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
