Home Health Registered Nurse (Rn) - 13 Week Contract

Description: Join our team in Scottdale, PA, for a 13-Week Contract position as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health care. Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a weekly productivity requirement of 25 to 30 units. Utilize the HCHB charting EMR system to document patient encounters. This role requires at least 6 months of experience in Home Health, an active RN license in Pennsylvania, and BLS certification from the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Document patient encounters accurately using the HCHB charting EMR system.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• BLS certification from the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in Home Health care.
• Proficiency in utilizing the HCHB charting EMR system.
