Pinnacle Home Care is growing! With 16 offices in Florida, we are seeking the most passionate, driven, and caring FT and PRN Registered Nurses to join our amazing team for our Orlando branch! We are currently looking for RN's to join the following teams:
- West Orlando
- East Orlando
**Office location is 9145 S. Narcoossee Road, Suite A-210, Orlando, FL 32827**
What does a Pinnacle Home Health RN do?
As a Home Health Nurse for Pinnacle Home Care, you will travel to a patient’s home to administer services and provide a variety of tasks during patient visits depending on the specific plan of care and type of patient.

- Complete an initial assessment of patients and determine home care needs.
- Develops a care plan involving patients and their family.
- Medication/pain management
- Re-evaluate patient nursing needs.
- Initiate the plan of care and make necessary revisions.
- Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Acts as Case Manager when assigned by Clinical Supervisor and assumes responsibility to coordinate patient care for assigned caseload.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree with One (1) to Two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
- Two (2) years of home health experience preferred.
- Must be licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification
- Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with the organization’s requirements.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, basic math skills and nursing skills per competency checklist.
