We are seeking full time additions to join our team of healthcare professionals. Our committed team of licensed and skilled nurses, social workers, and therapists specialize in providing support and care to seniors and adults in their home setting. This allows a unique and tailored plan of care.
We provide in-office and field training.

We offer salary up to $130,000/year!
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week for 5 days
- Monday - Friday
Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist plans and provides physical therapy services to clients in their homes in accordance with the Plan of Care and Agency policies and procedures. The Physical Therapist performs functions that require substantial specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill and must be able to make judgments accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Has a current license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Nevada
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy program.
- Home care experience preferred.
- CPR certification
- Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Required to present a negative TB test and other tests as required by agency policy
- Must be able to do field work
- Must have an excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills
- Ability to think and work independently and with direction and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Must be in good health and be able to fulfill the physical requirement of the job.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
