Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for Home Health setting in the Bassett, Martinsville, and surrounding Henry County areas. We are looking for individuals with good communication, clinical, and organizational skills to become a part of our team! The Physical Therapist Assistant would be responsible for following established therapy plans of care for Home Health episodes of care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possesses a degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Is licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant within the State of Virginia.
• Community/Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
• Must complete employment screening of a negative TB skin test and/or CXR.
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
