Requirements of this Home Health Physical TherapistRole:
- Active Licensed as a PT
- 1+ year of experience within Home Health
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association

- Traveler Weekly Compensation: $ 2385.2 which includes a weekly stipend of $ 1162
- Local Hourly Rate: $ 54.99 / hour
- Up to $500 travel reimbursement paid out first check!

- 40 Hour schedules
- 5 number of 8-hour shifts – days
