Company DescriptionRequirements for the Travel PT (Home Health):
- Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) and Oasis required
- Active PT license
- Active BLS or ACLS
- At least one year Home Health experience
- 40-hour work weeks
- Must be flexible to float to nearby home facilities
- $2065 gross weekly pay to include a $1099 non-taxed travel stipend
- Up to $500 travel reimbursement paid out first check!
