- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, agencies, and Physicians / IPA's sources
- call and visit referral sources to generate the admissions for Home Health
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement community engagement strategies to have more referral census.
- Manage projects related to community health initiatives and programs.
- Educate the public on various health-related topics and resources.
- Oversee the development and implementation of community-based programs.
- manage self territory to gather the referral sources
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs and initiatives.
```Qualifications```

- Proven experience in marketing for Home Health potential referrals
- Must have valid Driver License, dependable transportation, must travel to various cities in
- Los Angeles area and surroundings, Auto Insurance
-Self building relationships with referring physicians, facilities, hospitals, SNF etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Spanish Speaking preferred
- meet quarterly revenue targets with census
- Ability to effectively market with all health care sources
- Execute sales process and rigorously document all referral sources
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
